Biggest Donation to Date – $300,000 from the Otago Community Trust

The Physio Pool fundraising campaign has received its biggest donation to date – $300,000 from the Otago Community Trust. The total raised is now more than $700,000.

Otago Community Trust chief executive, Barbara Bridger, said that helping the vulnerable and empowering people represented the “core of what the community trust is about”. “We feel that it’s got so much community support that it’s an ideal thing for the community trust.” She hoped the donation would encourage others to give.
